Willamette Equity Brokerage provides real estate brokerage services in Buying and Selling Real Estate. Our principal broker and managing broker, Eric Zechenelly, also advises in leasing and development. After Eric received his Master's in Real Estate Development in 2017 he moved forward to create another business, Willamette Equity Brokerage, to provide brokerage services for his friend's and family's commercial and residential properties. It has expanded to buyers and sellers in the Portland Metro area.
Eric has been in the real estate industry since age 12. Working for his family's companies in property management, home flipping, construction, lending, and development. He spent a couple of years at America's largest homebuilder D.R. Horton, doing land development in the Portland/Vancouver area, including the
Bethany area developments.
Eric also operates several other companies in mortgage brokering, home insurance, and the development of commercial and residential properties.

A Portland Native from Sunset High School was also an all-state soccer and track athlete. Moving on to play sports in college at Clark College, Montana State, and Portland State University.
In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with, Tank, his Australian Sheperd who goes everywhere with him. Eric loves to diligently read up on economics, taxes, finance, and business news.
Eric also returned to his passion soccer, by coaching at United PDX and volunteering for CASA for foster children in OR.
